Developed and built by Louis Dreyfus Property
Group, 1981 McGill College Avenue was designed by The Webb
Zerafa Menkes Housden Partnership and occupies a strategic
site at the economic center of Montreal. With its distinguished
architecture, quality materials and unique configuration,
the building is a commanding presence on McGill College
Avenue, a tree-lined boulevard leading from McGill University
to Place Ville Marie.
1981 McGill College Avenue is composed of joined towers
rising 16 and 20 stories for a total of 636,000 square feet.
Space can be connected from both towers for a full floor
of 36,000 square feet. Similar full-floor identity and privacy
can be provided for half-floor users of 18,000 square feet.
The terraced plaza with a monumental sculpture by Raymond
Mason leads to a spacious 37-foot high lobby with granite
and stainless steel finishes.
1981 McGill College Avenue was sold in 1991.
