Construction of Twenty Westport Road adds 335,000 square feet to the 57-acre office park and completes the master plan by Kevin Roche.

The building has two wings of approximately 167,500 square feet each on three levels. The wings are connected by bridges that provide additional usable square footage on each level and result in floor plates of 55,000 to 113,000 square feet. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, a conference facility and an octagonal full-service cafeteria with an outdoor deck. Two levels of below-grade parking and a separate parking structure provide approximately three parking spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet. State-of-the-art building systems and efficient floor plates provide a unique opportunity for the tenant in search of a central Fairfield County address.

News America Marketing, a division of News Corp., has leased 110,000 square feet, and Louis Dreyfus Corporation has relocated its offices to 113,000 square feet in the new building. John W. Henry & Company has signed a lease for approximately 19,000 square feet.

Twenty Westport Road was sold in 2001.
