Completed in 1976 on a main intersection near the Arc de Triomph, 87 Avenue de la Grande Armée, the world headquarters of S. A. Louis Dreyfus & Cie., is among the most prestigious buildings in the Paris marketplace.

With a striking blue glass facade, the building has approximately 10,800 square meters (116,000 square feet) of space on nine floors. To maximize floor space and natural light and to enhance flexibility in office layouts, elevators and mechanical electrical equipment rooms are concentrated within a central core. Six basement levels provide parking and storage facilities as well as a restaurant, cafeteria and exercise rooms.
