Connecticut Place, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, is a premier office tower of 580,000 square feet located on Washington Boulevard at the entrance to Stamford's new commercial center. With typical floor plates up to 28,000 square feet, the 23-story building meets the requirements of the small, medium and large space user. Connecticut Place will have generous parking, column-free floors, advanced technology and the capacity for a super trading floor. Amenities include landscaped plazas, a cafeteria, fitness center and sundry shop.

Stamford's tallest building, Connecticut Place has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide spectacular views of Long Island Sound and the surrounding area. The land adjacent to the building will be redeveloped as an urban landscaped park with walkways and exercise paths. Space will be available for occupancy within 24 months of ground breaking.

Connecticut Place was sold in 2006.
