Louis Dreyfus conducts its real estate activities through Louis Dreyfus
Property Group, which was organized in 1971 to own, develop, manage and operate
properties in North America and Europe. It has acquired and developed in excess of 8 million square feet and has in development an additional 2.5 million square feet. Louis Dreyfus's portfolio consists primarily of high quality, central business district and suburban office buildings with the majority of the properties characterized as Class A office assets in major urban locations.
Office buildings and development sites, some of which are held in joint ventures with
other parties, are located in Washington, D.C., suburban New York,
and Paris. The Property Group manages its entire portfolio.
