River Plaza is a nine-story commercial office building completed
in 1982. Located in Stamford, Connecticut, it is at 9 West
Broad Street, with the Mill River Park to the south and
Hanrahan Street to the west. With 201,285 square feet and
typical floor plates of 23,500, it is suitable for both
single and multiple tenant configurations.
A major capital improvement program to replace the roof
and HVAC systems and to upgrade elevators, lobbies and restrooms
have recently been completed. The cafeteria and cafeteria
seating area will also be renovated. The perimeter features
5' by 5' glass panels that provide exceptional views of
downtown Stamford, the newly constructed University of Connecticut
campus, Long Island Sound, the Mill River and Mill River
Park. There are approximately 3 spaces per 1,000 square
feet of rentable space.
River Plaza was sold in 2006.
