Sutton
Park is close to downtown White Plains in the heart of Westchester
County in Valhalla, New York. The 30-acre office park has
been designed by Stephen Potters Architects to meet the
highest standards of corporate buildings and to meet the
specific requirements of individual tenants. When completed,
the park will have over 400,000 square feet in three Class
A office buildings. Sutton Park North, the first to be completed,
has approximately 98,000 square feet on three floors.
All buildings are designed for flexibility to accommodate
the small to large space user desiring identity and privacy.
Planned amenities include a free-standing fitness center,
restaurant seating for 350 people and generous indoor and
outdoor parking. Manned security is provided along with
an electronically controlled, magnetic card entry system
at entrances and exits.
Sutton Park was sold in 2004.
